CBC to host BMA of Arkansas Annual Session

10/27/2016

Central Baptist College is once again pleased to host this year’s BMA of Arkansas Annual Session on November 3-4. It is our pleasure to welcome the pastors and messengers of the BMA of Arkansas to campus so that you can see and experience “your” college!

We want your experience on our campus to be exceptional! For your convenience, an information table will be set up outside of the Burgess Auditorium. Please stop by and let us know if there is anything you need. Student members of the Minister’s Association and the President’s Leadership Council will be staffing the table for the duration of the session.

Free Breakfast on Friday, November 4

One new event for this year’s BMA of Arkansas Annual Session is a breakfast on Friday, November 4. Annual session attendees are invited to join us for breakfast in the Mabee Student Services Complex Community Room at 7:30am. Stop by and get a hot breakfast before the Friday morning General Session begins at 9:00am. This is a time for CBC to say thank you to our annual session attendees for your support of the College. While there is no formal agenda, CBC materials will be available and selected staff will be on hand to answer any questions you might have. Please RSVP to Jessica Faulkner at either jfaulkner@cbc.edu or 501.205.8800 no later than Tuesday, November 1.

Parking Information

Please note these important details relative to parking for the BMA of Arkansas Annual Session:

  • The city of Conway has designated “Fire Lanes” with red curbs and signs throughout the campus.  Please understand that the Conway City Police has jurisdiction of these areas even though they are on CBC property.  Tickets for parking in a fire lane are very expensive, and we have no control over them.  The safety of our employees, students, and guests is our highest priority.
  • The same rules apply to parking on any of the adjacent streets around campus. These are marked with “No Parking” signs.  The City of Conway patrols those areas and tickets will be issued for any vehicles parked there.
  • Central Baptist College employees and students will be park across off-campus Friday to make room for meeting attendees.
  • Golf cart shuttles will run frequently both Thursday and Friday.
  • All parking spaces on the south and west sides of the Cooper Complex will be designated  “Handicapped Parking” for the duration of the meeting.
