Campus Activities Board
The Campus Activities Board is composed of representatives from all Student organizations and other student represented groups on campus such as athletics and the music department. The purpose of the council is to encourage all Central Baptist College students to realize their importance to the college and to provide activities and programs of interest for the general student body. A key responsibility of CAB is to promote events on campus.

The Horizon Business Association was founded in 2006. Its mission is to equip members with an appreciation and practical understanding of business and business-related issues through emphasis on God's Word.
Our members can anticipate field trips to a variety of locations to see how business really works. They also enjoy interesting guest speakers, business simulations and other activities that strengthen one's business education.
Ministers Association
Commonly referred to as "MAs," this group was organized in 1953 for the purpose of providing fellowship, inspiration, encouragement, and opportunities for ministry. Membership is composed of ministerial students and faculty. Bi-monthly meetings are held at announced times, usually the second and fourth Fridays of each month at 12:25.
Pi Lambda
Pi Lambda is a student service organization established in 2007 to provide opportunities for service and to encourage a lifestyle of service among students at CBC. Their motto is James 1:22, "Be doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves." Pi Lambda is open to all students who are interested in putting their faith into practice by serving others.
Student Body Association / Town Hall Meetings
Every student at Central Baptist College is a member of the Student Body Association (SBA). It is the purpose of the Town Hall Meetings to promote understanding and cooperation between the college administration/faculty and the student body. The meetings are open forums where student's questions and concerns are addressed by the administration and faculty.
Student Men's Organization (SMO)
All male Central Baptist College students living in campus housing are members of SMO. SMO provides fellowship, opportunities to serve in community projects and joins forces with SWO to plan the monthly vesper services. SMO is also responsible for Spring Fling.
Student Publications
Students interested in writing, editing, design, photography, and advertising have the opportunity to work on the Tower Times newspaper or the Carillon yearbook. Both publications are completely student produced with input from a faculty adviser.
The Tower Times is a public forum and keeps the campus informed of news and viewpoints of interest to students. The Carillon provides a complete record of campus events to capture the uniqueness of the year.
Staffs of both publications attend state and national conferences and compete for awards in writing, design and photography. The Tower Times and Carillon office is JC 127 in the Cooper Complex. Any student may join either staff, whether or not they have prior experience.
Student Women's Organization (SWO)
All women living on campus are members of SWO. Harvest Party is their main activity. SWO provides fellowship, opportunities to serve in community projects, and partners with SMO to plan the monthly vesper services. SWO is the oldest and one of the most active of our student organizations.
