Dining Services Mission Statement--

The Mission of Dining Services is to provide all food service functions at Central Baptist College including daily meals, catering for special events, and operation of Café 52 while maintaining food service facilities in a safe and sanitary condition.

CBC provides a complete food service for all students. On-Campus residents have paid for all meals offered in the dining hall each semester. Commuter students may pay for meals in the dining hall individually at the cash register or dine in at Café 52.

The Dining Hall offers all-you-can-eat service with a full salad bar, deli bar, grill station, handmade pizza, soup, comfort station, and desert station.  Meals are served at the following times:

Meal Prices for Individuals Not Living On Campus: 

Breakfast: $4.00 per person

Lunch: $6.00 per person

Dinner: $6.00 per person

Café 52

Café 52, housed in the Story Library, is the newest restaurant on campus. Stop by for a cup of coffee, a smoothie, or stay a little longer and enjoy a sandwich, wrap, or salad! Café 52 is open to the public.

Café 52 Hours of Operation:

Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 9:30pm

Friday: 7:30am - 3:30pm

Saturday: Closed

Sunday: 5:00pm - 11:00pm

Dining Leadership and Chefs

Central Baptist College Dining Services has been self-operation since August 2005, under the direction of Chef Jill Bingham McCollum

Chef Jill Bingham McCollum, CC
Director of Dining Services  
Chef McCollum is the Director of Dining Services. Jill has called Conway home for most of her life, and has enjoyed seeing its growth over the past 40 years! Chef McCollum is a graduate of the American Culinary Federation, Central Arkansas Chapter of the School of Apprenticeship as a Certified Chef and received Apprentice of the Year in 2004.  Jill has been Director of Dining Services since August 2005 and has catering experience from owning and operating her own business for many years.  Jill was also chosen Employee of the Year by her peers, here at Central Baptist College in April 2013.  Jill is the wife of Kenny and has a son, Garrett.

Chef Billie Rodriguez
Assistant Director of Dining Services
Originally from Hagerstown, Maryland, Billie joined the Dining Services team in 2008. She brings with her over 30 years experience in the food service industry. Billie received an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts in 1999 from the Art Institute of Atlanta and is currently working towards a bachelors in Leadership through the PACE program here at Central Baptist College.  Billie is the wife of Francisco and has two children, Tristan and Hannah.

Will Edward Isby
Sous Chef
Will is a 21 year Veteran of the US Army and served in both Operation Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom as a food service specialist.  Will is an Ordained Deacon at Greater Faith Temple Full Gospel Deliverance Center in Little Rock and holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with special emphases on Entrepreneurship.  Will is married to Sheila K. Isby and is a father of three children.
