Not sure how to start your job search? Let Focus 2 help guide you! Take a self-assessment to see what careers would be a good fit for you. Explore different careers and majors to see what your possibilites are. Create an online portfolio allows you to save your results, track your progress, and input career achievements throughout college that will help you land that perfect job! Career Fair
- (Spring Semester) The Career Fair brings representatives from different companies on campus that are ready to hire YOU. Be sure to bring plenty of resumes! If you're not ready to graduate, it is a great place to meet people, build your network, and practice your interviewing skills. A "Dress for Success" dress code is required for attendance.  

Graduate School Fair - (Fall Semester) The Graduate School Fair hosts recruiters from various graduate schools and seminaries from the region to provide you with information about their school and answer any questions you have.

Volunteer Fair - (Fall Semester) The Volunteer Fair brings representatives from local non-profit organizations on campus. Students can learn about opportunites to volunteer and serve in the community. Don't forget, volunteering is one of the best ways to make your resume stand out if you don't have a lot of work experience once you graduate!

Career Development Seminars/Workshops -
(Both semesters) Outside professionals present these seminars and workshops. Check out the Calendar of Events below for dates and times. You really want to take advantage of these! They are a great way to prepare for the Career Fair and your job search!

Job Postings - Needing a job? Check the job board located outside the Dining Hall for both part-time and full-time job listings. Or, you can click the Job Openings button below.

Career Readiness Wall
- Come grab some pamphlets or a Job Hunting workbook to help aid you in your job search. Choose from topics like "Questions to Expect During a Job Interview," "How to Write a Better Cover Letter," "How to Dress for a Job Interviewer," and "Seven Ways to Get a Job Interview."

Mock interviews
- Want to practice your interview skills before a big job interview? Come by and let us help find you a representative in your chosen field to give you a mock interview.
