Health Services

Student Health Clinic

Central Baptist College began offering health services in the fall of 2006. Services are provided by an Advanced Practice Nurse in collaboration with a local physician. The Advanced Practice Nurse provides basic medical assessment and treatment for minor illnesses. She may prescribe medications if necessary.

Our current Advanced Practice Nurse on staff is Tracy Lamey, A.P.N, B.C.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Mississippi and her Masters of Nursing from Vanderbilt University.  She is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has prior experience in family medicine.

Any student who has paid the student health fee may come to the Student Health Clinic as often as needed.

Medical problems that cannot be resolved on campus will be referred to a local physician or to the Conway Regional Medical Center, located six blocks from the CBC campus.
